1. Grant of License
Dibbs Technologies Inc. ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee" or "User") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to download, install, and execute the Dibbs mobile application software ("Software") on a compatible mobile device. Access to and use of the Software is provided free of booking charges to Service Seekers, subject strictly to compliance with this Agreement and associated Terms of Service.
2. License Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Modify, adapt, translate, clone, or create derivative works from the Software.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Software files or core marketplace database.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary branding notices of Dibbs Technologies Inc.
- Use automated scraping tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to extract platform listing data, merchant profiles, or breach security controls.
3. Intellectual Property & Marketing Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software — including underlying source code, UI designs, software architecture, databases, and registered/unregistered trademarks ("Dibbs") — belong exclusively to Dibbs Technologies Inc. Licensee retains ownership of uploaded profile media and portfolio content, but grants Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to utilize uploaded content for platform marketing, advertising, and operational features.
4. Software Updates & Availability
Licensor reserves the right to deploy mandatory updates, security patches, or feature upgrades. Continued access to platform services may require installing the latest software updates. Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted software operation and reserves the right to suspend app access for maintenance or security reasons. The features available through the Software may also change over time, and certain features may be offered only under a paid subscription or plan, as described in the Terms of Service and, for Merchants, the Merchant & Service Provider Agreement.
5. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license terminate automatically and immediately without notice if you breach any provision hereof. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your mobile devices.
